Hi,
Yes my Pan generated those .ERRORS and _copy_s as well here. I bet your Event Log was full of error-msgs as well? And if you look inside your article-cache dir, you would see some very oddly named files there, too. That right there is enough evidence blaming Pan, as described by Olaf/Rhialto with the C-language-style character-substitutions, the Event Log and the article-cache files are similarly scrambled, but have only a resemblance to the (original) NZB Message-ID fields (everything here _should_ be the same). Just to compare, using the Unison app (as I mentioned in the related thread) did download these same files fine -- they look like this here: >>>> $ ls -al total 10849708 drwxr-xr-x 3 scifi staff 442 Jan 4 21:09 . drwxr-xr-x 20 scifi staff 1020 Jan 4 20:55 .. -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 6148 Jan 4 19:42 .DS_Store -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 846726436 Jan 3 14:00 BrainSurge-2009-12-27-1.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 1683555808 Jan 3 04:38 Crazy Christmas Lights-2009-12-06-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 1704789472 Jan 3 13:24 Invasion of the Christmas Lights-2009-12-06-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 1747060192 Jan 3 16:17 More Crazy Christmas Lights-2009-12-06-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 1210451612 Jan 3 12:13 Psychic Kids_ Children of the Paranormal-(Family Secrets)-2009-12-22-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 1228932576 Jan 3 06:18 Psychic Kids_ Children of the Paranormal-(Ghost School)-2009-12-29-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 1224672736 Jan 3 05:28 Psychic Kids_ Children of the Paranormal-(Vanished)-2009-12-15-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 735774176 Jan 3 15:02 Surf Patrol_ Danger Down Under-(Spinal Scare)-2009-10-04-0.tp -rw-r--r-- 1 scifi staff 728106652 Jan 3 14:31 Surf Patrol_ Danger Down Under-(Surprise at Sea)-2009-10-05-0.tp drwxr-xr-x 2 scifi staff 408 Jan 3 04:17 nzbs $ _ <<<< (OSX uses the colon ':' for HFS-style path-separator, so the filesystem is aware of that lil fact and converts them to underscores '_') I'd say all this is inter-related to the bugs mentioned by Olaf/Rhialto in the primary thread. :) _______________________________________________ Pan-users mailing list Pan-users@nongnu.org http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/pan-users
