It appears that you need to switch to another group and then switch back to 
the original for the scoring to take place correctly.

For example, I've noticed that "get new headers for subscribed groups" doesn't 
corectly score, or at least doesn't display the score, for the current group 
unless I access that article, or switch out/back to that group.
