Pan tells me there is no connections and I cannot download group
articles. However:

This is strange on a couple of levels. 1. I show 10 connections; and
2. I have the max set to 4 for the server.
If I shut down Pan and wait for the connections to die off, then
restart, I get a repeat performance.
