This is so minor, but in previous incarnations the cursor appeared one
line down from the last line of quoted text. Now the cursor appears at
the end of the last line and one has to CR to move the cursor to the
beginning of a blank line.
Did this appear in .125 or .124? I didn't use .124 because of the sig
delimiter thing,
