Start::All Programs::Accessories::Comand Prompt If you type 'notepad.exe'<Return> at the command prompt you should see notepad start up. Do the same with pan.exe (I assume that's the name, but just a guess). You may or may not need to type the entire path to the executable if Windows can't find it.
