1. Saving a binary attachment doesn't change the cached icon to a
"saved" icon. This works fine on the old 0.14.2 version, which I've
switched back to (!) because I save lots of attachments. I was running
0.117 and also many of the previous betas - none of them indicate when
an attachment is saved or not.

2. The save itself works (even if the dialog box has to appear *every
single time* arrgh!) except when the directory exists but permissions
prohibit write access... pan does *not* generate an error and makes me
think the attachment was saved (when it wasn't).

I mentioned the first bug several times over the past few months, but
it keeps getting overlooked. So I'm back to using 0.14.2 again, hello
2003.

Running Mac OS X 10.4.8 (Intel) with XCode 2.4 and Apple X11 1.2, GTK
2.10.6_0 and a random GTK2 theme (theme has no affect on bug#1, btw).
Keep up the good work, hope you can stamp out the last few bugs.
