I'm new to the mailing-list.
I have had a problem with the last 2-3 versions (weekly betas) of Pan. Pan will often completely close down with no error messages when going to a new newsgroup and downloading new msgs. This doesn't happen all the time, but at least a good 30-40% of the time. I'm running the XFCE desktop if that makes any difference (Xubuntu)
