AFAIK, I couldn't legally do MSWormOS due to the EULA even if I wanted to,
so I don't follow that side of things closely, but IIRC from posts I've
read, the GTK+ on the rebelbase site is an older version that works with
pan-0.14.x.  It's hosted on rebelbase as the places that used to host it
are gone, since it's an old version. 0.9x needs a newer GTK+, available
elsewhere and thus not necessary to host on rebelbase.

I'd suggest checking the archive from April first for both user and devel
to find the details.  IIRC it's covered in the first couple weeks of
April, probably the first week, on the devel list, which has less traffic
so should be fairly easy to check.

That is of course if Charles or one of the MSWormOS users doesn't answer
with details here before you get to it.
