The Poser bug that Jun-Kiat alludes to will be fixed in 2.1d27. Sorry, I
didn't realize that it would be needed so soon or I would have posted a fix
earlier.

Another observation now: when I went into Pref, clicked off the "Sockets"
field, clicked the "SAVE" button, then attempted to close the window, I was
still prompted if I wished to save changes before the dialog dismissed.
This
has happened a couple of times since R5P1 was installed (doing various
other
prefs changes).

Are you debugging with TCP/IP sockets on? there is a bug where POSE will
hang after debugging the first time with TCP/IP sockets on. You can check
in
the Palm Connection Settings panel to see if the TCP/IP sockets box is
checked. We are working on getting this bug fixed for R6.
