Hi there,

We run PacketFence as our NAC and have configured the use of a Registration
VLAN for new devices.
We have a number of non-user based devices (Printers, IoT etc) and there is one
device in particular that triggers a "Fingerbank device class change" every
time the power goes out (South African Power issues).
Everytime this is triggered, we need to manually clear the "Security Event" and
change the status back to "Registered" (followed by a reboot) to move the
device out of the Registration VLAN and back to the normal network.

Is there a way to "whitelist" certain devices like this to exempt them from
triggering a Security Event when the Fingerbank device class changes?

Regards
Andrew Richards
