Thank you for your reply. I apologize for the late response. I was severely
unavailable the end of last week.
Is there any way, from the Admin interface/portal, that we may preview the
changes of what is displayed, via the Messages, to the isolated devices?

Hello John,
It depends on the page that you want to display to the users.
You could create a Message module that display your html code. You could put it
wherever you want within your registration work.
You will need to create the Message the portal Module under Configuration >
Advanced Access Configuration > Portal Modules
