Hello, PacketFence is trying to use SNMP to deregister your device because it seems that: 1. you don’t define a Deauthentication method different than SNMP in your PacketFence switch configuration or 2. switch module used only support deauthentication using SNMP
If 1 is true, you need to configure correctly SNMP on switch and PacketFence side. PacketFence will need a community write to deauthenticate.
