You should find that the shared libraries in `%{buildroot}` at the end of
`%install` are “not stripped,” but then the debugging symbols are extracted to
the `-debuginfo` package, so the shared libraries from the *actual RPM* are
“stripped.” Does that make sense?

I’ll take another look at this review request as soon as I have time.

This may be one of those rare situations where I end up having to say that I
can’t verify that everything is correct, but I can’t point to anything that
violates packaging guidelines, and you understand what you are trying to do
better than I, so I have to leave the question of correctness in your hands.
