You can omit the SourceLicense tag if you don't want it, it's entirely
optional, though I do think it's useful for Rust packages.

Side note: I would also not rely on the "legal" docs too much, they're pretty
incomplete and partially useless at this point. Even things that *used* to be
documented have been removed, like what to do for vendored / bundled and / or
statically linked cases (which is now only a header with no content):
