A few points: * The %description is misleading, because we don't actually have a standard way to guarantee that it never actually ends up in the repos. Like dummy-package-canary, the package will be built and carried around in the repos just like any other package. Given that it provides no utility, it should be fine to have it installed, but no one should ever bother. * If the purpose of this tool is to exercise the full pipeline, might there be value in making it an archful package rather than a noarch one so that it can exercise any arch-specific paths?
