ok...
problem seems to be solved now.
thanks to raoul! i am using now the master/slave resource for the drbd resource and
a group for all other resources.
tried the master/slave concept earlier but seems like i had an fault in the constraints part.
now everything working fine!

remember this is just a test configuration, a good basic configuration to work on.
