I can find this error in 2.99.1 and 2.99.2.
The version of heartbeat is irrelevant. What version of pacemaker have you got?
Please find the core file and use gdb to get a stack trace.
Yes, I forgot to say the Pacemaker version.
The version is: Pacemaker-1-0-93906a75a8d8
Or even better - use hb_report.
