Works for me, but the default behaviour is a bit weird. I adjusted the
notification on http://bugs.owncloud.org/thebuggenie/account tab
"Notifications". In the part "Issues" I selected everything besides
"Only notify me once per issue until I open the issue" and "Notify me
when I update or create an issue"
