[outages] Comcast Outage in Stockton, California

I have a Comcast BCI circuit (coax service) in downtown Stockton, CA 
that is down hard.  Comcast reports it's due to power failure at one of 
their facilities (the area had some heavy winds/rain overnight).  The 
master ticket number is CR948935828.  This is likely a local issue, but 
figured I'd disseminate here just in case there may be others in my area 
who subscribe to the list.
