Hi, I agree this is not documented correctly. Can you open a documentation request in gitlab (www.gitlab.orfeo-toolbox.org<http://www.gitlab.orfeo-toolbox.org>, open an issue with the documentation template) so that we keep track of it ?
According to code : https://gitlab.orfeo-toolbox.org/orfeotoolbox/otb/blob/develop/Modules/Applications/AppProjection/app/otbGenerateRPCSensorModel.cxx#L137 The format should be x y lon lat (separated by spaces) The z field is currently retrieved from an external DSM that you can set with –elev.dem (do not forget to also add a the geoid file –elev.geoid ). We could easily patch the code to also support the case where the z field is provided. Can you file a feature request as well ?
