I don't think this will work with newer versions of android.
Settings and maps can be exported and imported, or synced to osmand cloud.

If you want to know where your maps are stored look in menu, settings,
osmand settings, data folder. It's possible you can't see them due to
android security policies. If you can see them you can copy them somewhere
else to save them and import them one by one by opening them in a file
manager in android (choosing "with osmand").
