I've just had a weird case of unresolved component where the unsatisfied
dependency is actually satisfied.

We can see the CoreModelHelper is showing as unsatisfied but its
implementation is satisfied.
I put some breakpoints to debug and track and all was fine and at the end
it all started correctly, so I'm very puzzled, is it a timing issue?
