Hi,
Just a comment, maybe obvious.
If your web site or web application is designed to be accessible from internet,
I would suggest you, of course, to use the available CDNs for frameworks like
the jquery, angular and bootstrap resources.
The browser may have them already in its own cache but, in any case, they are
served quickly.
Of course it would be great if the tooling would support this workflow:
* Use CDN or local not-minified resources for debugging
* Use CDN or local minified resources for production.
Best Regards,
N.

Oggetto: [osgi-dev] GZIP compression for enroute Jetty
I was playing around with enroute and the angular and bootstrap web resources.
I noticed, that the concatenated files *.js and *.css are served uncompressed
by Jetty. Especially the 1.6 MiB angular files take quite some time to load.
How would you handle this in a production environment? Would you run Jetty
behind an Apache proxy or is there a way to configure Jetty to run standalone
and be production ready? Are there any articles or tutorials for that, because
I didn't find much on that topic.
Regards
-Henrik
