This is great! I've just purchased the eBook and am looking forward to reading it.
Also, I just realized that I wasn't very clear about how to deal with the link I sent. It's a link to a raw file in github, which means if you open it in your browser, you'll see an enormous XML file. However, if you just right click that xml file and hit "save as", you can save it to your computer and open it in LibreOffice. (Totally my bad -- I should have considered how unreasonably complicated that was!) Anyway, thanks again for the interest and for the link!
