I just added a couple of comments to my post on Python 4.0:
https://opensource.com/life/14/9/why-python-4-wont-be-python-3

In the process, I think I had to enter about 10 different CAPTCHA's, and
regularly clicked Save and Preview only to have nothing apparently happen.

Is there any scope to explore potentially using a different system to manage
the opensource.com comments? I've personally been very happy with DISQUS (both
as a commenter and when moderating my own sites), but I'm aware migrations
aren't necessarily simple for a site on opensource.com's scale.

More generally, is there a recommended way to escalate user experience issues
like this?

Regards,
Nick.
