Hi Jason,

I like it. Easy to share with people in your network, give them a quick idea what opensource.com is about with such recaps.

I especially like the Hot Topic, and May have missed parts.

What popped up in my mind where books (reviews) and events. I saw you added a book review under May have missed. But since opensource.com has a great resource/calendar of events, maybe adding a section such as "Upcoming events" (or passed events?) could be an idea? Pick 3 events for that?

Too much info? I think just enough.

About the style, this comment is very personal; put hyperlinks on less words. For example in Hot topics, "Default to open data announcement from The Whitehouse" is linked. Why not just the words "Default to open data"? Would it make the text easier on the eyes?

I liked the title, no suggestions there.

Regards Robin

Hello opensource.com friends,

We'd like to get your feedback on a something new we're trying. You may
have seen the following article today:

By the numbers: Open source highlights from May
http://opensource.com/life/13/6/open-source-highlights-may

which is a monthly recap of some of the things that happened on the site
last month. We would like to make this a monthly posting, but want to
make it useful. Can you help us?

Did you find it useful?
Was there anything missing that you expected?
Is it too much info?
What did you like about it?
Is there anything that you didn't like about it?
What about the style?
If you could give this a title, what would it be?

Feel free to respond to this thread or post feedback directly in the
comments on the article.

Thanks for your time,
Jason
