Regarding the formatting nits in sec.2, we have confirmed that the formatting is similar to what we have in RFCs, e.g., https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9907.html#section-2. Anyway, we could leave it to the RFC editor to implement fixes as appropriate. Thanks a lot.
