I wasn't able to make it work, unfortunately.
I did the following:
1. Added the log4j2-test.properties file to the /src/test/resources
directory of the integration test

2, Ran "mvn clean install" on the project's top level
Unfortunately the target directory of the integration test doesn't seem
to have a logs subdirectory:
