By the way, I just checked, and as I thought, it's already done for
Jetty 9.4.48 upgrade on Pax Web 7.3.x:

Regarding upgrade on Pax Web 7.2.x, Karaf 4.2.x is not active anymore,
so I invite you to upgrade to Karaf 4.3.x.
