Hi,as I found it cumbersome to use dig/host and testssl when I was debugging connection issues I wrote a small tool which makes it easy to look up SRV records and test whether connecting works: xmpp-dns [1].
As it might be also be useful for other operators I want to share it here. It's pretty new so please don't hesitate to give feedback if something doesn't work.
