There is already gb_simatic_s7_snmp_detect.nasl ...

openvas-nasl -X -B -d snmp_detect.nasl  gb_snmp_sysdesc.nasl 
gb_simatic_s7_snmp_detect.nasl gb_simatic_s7_version.nasl  -t <target>
works for me.
