Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding the boot/splash screen. Is it possible to
change the boot-up screen without compiling a new thin client OS? I would
like to use OTC where a company would like the boot screen to contain a
warning. Of course, it would STILL include all the OTC logo, etc. (I am NOT
looking to circumvent credit where it's due or anything like that!), but
since their application would start full screen, they want the boot screen
to include a "FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY" type message. Can that be done? Has
anybody replaced the boot/splash screen easily or added text to it?
I could, of course, replace the desktop wallpaper, but users won't see that
since the application will go full screen.
