You probably won't be allowed to do so, because this would mean that you have to maintain your package for years[1] and even if you're willing to, you won't get a chance because non-suse employees with no reputation probably won't get access beyond Build Service[2]. This is opensuse "openness". I'd like to be proved wrong.
