Took exacly 10 minutes to make a package ( you may try by yourself the next time ;P) zypper sa http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/elvigia/openSUSE_10.3 home:elvigia zypper in tsocks about adding it to the distribution, I dont think is a good idea as tsocks development seems to be stopped.
