I'm developing the PR Release for Leap 42.3 when it happens. If anyone
is interested in supporting the development of the PR, please feel free.
You can see my first draft at http://etherpad.opensuse.org/p/42.3PR. I
would like to get this done by July 4, so we can send it out for
translations. I'm also working on the features at
https://en.opensuse.org/Features_42.3, so feel free to contribute to
that page if you are interested.
