At the moment we have no specific city for meetups and will use events like the CeBIT, OpenRheinRuhr, FrOSCon or Chemnitzer LinuxTage for meetups. So I think for the moment is a general name the better choice. If there will popup more german user groups we can rename this one to a more specific name.
