More information: I moved the source to a system with a known good key pair
(they are currently running successfully on an Oracle webserver) and I get
EXACTLY the same error, so it seems to be an error in my implementation of
the OPENSSL or its integration with Apache (1.3.14). Any thoughts?

Cheers!
