OMC VOTE result: No release of 1.1.1j next week

As of regular cadence, 1.1.1j would have been released next week.
However, seeing that we released 1.1.1i last week, the OMC made a
quick vote.

Vote: As an exception to the regular cadence, we will not release
      1.1.1j on 22 December

For: 5, Against: 0, Abstain: 0, Didn’t vote yet: 2

The vote passes.
