Thanks for having made the repository public ! :-) I just started the backport an can already see two bugs:
In indra.l, the XP_ERROR_* constants should return integers, not strings... Granted, viewer side script compilation is deprecated, but since the code is still there, it should nonetheless be correct (or removed entirely). In llcompilequeue.cpp: LLScriptQueueData::mHost is never initialized, and the getInvItemAsset() call using it in LLFloaterCompileQueue::requestAsset() therefore passes an empty LLHost...
