I am also unable to reproduce the "nipple bug" on Second Life 3.4.5 (270034)
Feb 5 2013 10:46:31 (Second Life Beta Viewer) or on Firestorm merged up to the
3.4.5 codebase.
I tested with Henri's Cool Nipples (thanks Martin for the gift ;)) and also
with Henri's repro from an earlier comment.
The nipples/prims correctly resized both when cammed out and cammed in closely.
