Based on comments in the JIRA entry, I've closed this as "Cannot
Reproduce" - not that it can't be reproduced as specified, but that it
is most likely just the interaction of how MagicPrefs implements the
inverted scrolling operation.  Case closed, and a big thank you to all
who tested to verify.  At least if this shows up again there will be
some information to associate it with!
