I assume you already sent messages, notecards, emails and whatever
to the creator of that device.

I think nobody can tell you if that will work, but nonetheless I would file
at least a detailed Abuse Report.

That said:

I'm a Linux user and I can take SL videos. Let me know if you want me to
help - we may create a video that shows what happens - that is, being
banned while using a legit official SL viewer. Spreading such a video
may seriously damage the device creator's reputation, raising the chance
he will fix his product. Also, you could use the video it as a proof when
you will contact sim owners, in order to show them they're using (and
I guess paying for) a device that prevents legit users from visiting
their lands.

Please note I don't and can't access to Adult areas - so I couldn't help
if we're talking about Zindra regions.
