I disagree. The proper way to implement multiattach is to recognize a list and render them all.. everyone that was using Emeralds ugly hack needs a backwards compatible kludge that isnt ever going to be forwards compatible. So to equip viewer 2 with the kludgy emerald attachment points would be to bake the kludge into the mainstream and we dont want that. I would suggest instead the following user story...
