This does not make any difference for a viewer developer, regardless if or if not a particular avatar is attached to a viewer.
But that's where it becomes intersting. Emerald is made by a group of people. They may individually agree to ToS/TPV or not. What does it say about the Emerald viewer and it's legal standing to TPV?
