As long as you add your comments, it will definitely go nowhere.

Joerg, that isn't fair. You have been abrasive, somewhat rude, and
despite your claims of collaboration, very confrontational.

Collaboration doesn't mean "I will get my way because I'm right."
Collaboration means working *together* with someone else. I have seen
many people post and explain why things are the way they are, and how
unfortunately, they can't change what has already been done.

The absolute best thing for you to do now is to apologise, profusely,
and hopefully sincerely.

Then try to work with people to figure out what is missing from star,
work with people to add it (like me), and get star integrated.

If you continue communicating in this way, I don't see why anyone from
Sun would be interested in collaborating with you despite whatever
value you may bring.

Please, apologise, work out a plan, find out whats needs to be done,
and move on.
