Hello,
Recently I changed in JOSM some points in the area of ONC-Ned-1502.kap
After a week I downloaded the ONC-Ned-1502.kap file again.
Nothing was changed.
But in the OSM data the changes were done so I can see them in
http://map.openseamap.org/map/
I noted a date of 1010 in the .kap file.
Hence my question :
What is the time difference of data that are in the OSM database and in
the .kap files?
If the . kap files are really 2 years old there should be a warning against
using them?
