The open organization community at Opensource.com is pleased to announce the immediate availability of its newest resource: The Open Organization Maturity Model.
The Open Organization maturity model is a framework any organization can use to become more transparent, inclusive, adaptable, collaborative, and communal. It outlines steps that individuals, teams, and organizations can take to critically examine their organizational practices and chart their progress toward becoming a more open organization. The model is available online at Opensource.com [1] and on GitHub [2]. The Open Organization Maturity Model is a community-driven, collaborative effort from the Open Organization Ambassadors at Opensource.com.[3][4] It builds on the group's Open Organization Definition, which is also available on Opensource.com and GitHub.[6] The group has released both documents under a Creative Commons license. The ambassadors welcome your feedback on the model, especially via the group's GitHub organization.[7] ----- [1] https://opensource.com/open-organization/resources/open-org-maturity-model [2] https://github.com/open-organization-ambassadors/open-org-definition/blob/master/open_org_maturity_model.md [3] https://opensource.com/open-organization/resources/ambassadors-program [4] https://opensource.com/open-organization/resources/meet-ambassadors [5] https://opensource.com/open-organization/resources/open-org-definition [6] https://github.com/semioticrobotic/open-org-definition [7] https://github.com/open-organization-ambassadors _______________________________________________ Openorg-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/openorg-list
