Thanks for the topic suggestion, Rebecca! I'm definitely going to have
something to write up about my experiences here in Pune. I'm scheduled to
have an hour-long open meeting with each of our major workstreams (three
meetings total), where I hope to draw out more about how the culture
intersects engagement efforts and what motivates the teams here.

And I was hoping to announce this in person, but as of 9/1, I now report
directly to Customer Platform Director Jim Moran. While this doesn't change
much in terms of my day job, his name seems to lend my efforts more
legitimacy outside of the Customer Platform team. I hope it allows me to do
more work for this group in Customer Experience & Engagement at large. :-)
