Clean Install
Something is messed up in the file lookup preset.
Steps to recreate
1. use a text editor to create a file with a .wmv extension
2. open OpenLP and start to create a new Theme
3. Choose Video for the background type
4. try to locate the file you created....it does not show up
5. change the preset to "All Files" and the file will be visible in the
directory you put it in
