Bug description:
Data path can now be changed via GUI. It could be useful if the data
path could be set via a command line switch. This would allow
different shortcuts to run openlp with different data sets. Could also
be useful for testing environments.
e.g.
$ openlp -dp "D:\worship\openlp data"
$ openlp --data-path "D:\worship\openlp data"
